Rigatoni or pasta of choice

2 Chicken Breasts

1 Onion

1 Bell Pepper

Chicken Stock (100ml)

Tomato Purée (2tbsp)

Light Cheese Triangles (4)



  1. Get your rigatoni on to boil
  2. Fry off 2 chicken breasts, 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced bell pepper
  3. Once chicken is cooked, add your FLAVA IT Classic Piri Piri and 100ml of chicken stock
  4. Once chicken mix is cooked through, add 2 tbsp of tomato purée and 4 light cheese triangles
  5. Mix in your pasta with some pasta water and spinach
  6. Stir through on a low heat until thickened
