For every Flava It! sachet sold, we donate 3p directly to Community Grocery with the ambition to raise £30,000 annually, funding the construction of 1 new Community Grocery store per year.
Since setting up in 2020, Community Grocery has responded to the increase in families living with food insecurity in the UK. Community Grocery now has 22 stores, each supporting over 55,000 families living in poverty. We're committed to support their fantastic work wherever we can - from cash and stock donations, to employee fundraising and volunteering our time to support their fantastic cause.
Our give-a-shop campaign
From starting our social partnership in February 2024, we're on track to fund a new Community Grocery store in our local area in Wythenshaw, Manchester by February 2025. From June 2024, we've raised £18,000! As a foodie business, we are committed to supporting their efforts to keep families fed and to help end food poverty in the UK.
In 4 years of operating, Community Grocery has supplied an estimated 14+ million meals, supporting over 150,000 people impacted by food poverty, whilst saving 5,500 tonnes of surplus food from landfill.
