Ingredients


Mob x Flava It! Spicy 'Nduja Sachet, exclusive to Aldi

1kg chicken thighs

1 bag of miniature potatoes

100g yogurt

Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes. Once soft, place in an oven proof dish and rough up.
  2. Place your chicken thighs on top of the potatoes. Pour a glug over the dish, along with the contents of our Spicy 'Nduja sachet. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Place in the oven. We suggest cooking for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Meanwhile, stir your fresh parsley in with your yogurt.
  5. Plate up, and drizzle with your herby yogurt to finish.
