Spicy ‘Nduja chicken traybake

Ingredients
Mob x Flava It! Spicy 'Nduja Sachet, exclusive to Aldi
1kg chicken thighs
1 bag of miniature potatoes
100g yogurt
Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes. Once soft, place in an oven proof dish and rough up.
- Place your chicken thighs on top of the potatoes. Pour a glug over the dish, along with the contents of our Spicy 'Nduja sachet. Mix until evenly coated.
- Place in the oven. We suggest cooking for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Meanwhile, stir your fresh parsley in with your yogurt.
- Plate up, and drizzle with your herby yogurt to finish.
