  1. Pop your Jacket Potato in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C (360°F)
  2. At the same time put in the sausages
  3. Dice your Onion and Pepper and fry on a medium heat
  4. When they begin to soften, sprinkle your Flava It Smoky BBQ over the vegetables and continue to cook off
  5. Take out the sausages from the oven and cut into chunks
  6. Add sausage chunks into the pan with the veg and your chopped tomatoes and let simmer until the Jacket Potatoes are done
  7. Cut your Potatoes in half
  8. Spoon your Stew on top and sprinkle on your Grated Cheese.
