Ingredients
Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Salt & Pepper Seasoning Mix
3 large potatoes
2 spring onions, finely diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
low-calorie cooking spray
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut into 1cm slices, and then cut into 1cm strips to make chips. Then, pat dry.
- Spray with low calorie cooking spray and place into the air fryer. We suggest air frying for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees (optionally place in the oven).
- Remove the chips from the air fryer, place into a bowl, and add your diced veggies along with the contents of this sachet. Mix well and place back into the air fryer for 5-10 minutes until the veggies are soft.
- Serve up and enjoy! Also pair with chicken, steak, tofu or diced vegetables!
