Ingredients


Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Salt & Pepper Seasoning Mix

3 large potatoes

2 spring onions, finely diced

1/2 green pepper, diced

1/2 red pepper, diced

low-calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into 1cm slices, and then cut into 1cm strips to make chips. Then, pat dry.
  2. Spray with low calorie cooking spray and place into the air fryer. We suggest air frying for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees (optionally place in the oven).
  3. Remove the chips from the air fryer, place into a bowl, and add your diced veggies along with the contents of this sachet. Mix well and place back into the air fryer for 5-10 minutes until the veggies are soft.
  4. Serve up and enjoy! Also pair with chicken, steak, tofu or diced vegetables!
