Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic & ‘Chicken’ Rice

FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb (1/2 Pack)

1 Vivera sliced breast/ any other meat-free replacement OR 1 chicken breast

1 pack of golden rice

Red peppers (2)

1 Onion

Handful of peas

Garlic cloves (2)

1 tbsp of vegan butter OR regular butter

Veggie stock (200ml)


  1. Boil or microwave your rice (follow pack instructions)
  2. Dice and fry off garlic, onion and diced peppers until soft
  3. Add your 'chicken' along with FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb, peas and stock
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add in your cooked rice, along with a nob of 'butter' and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Serve up!
