Roasted Red Pepper, Garlic & ‘Chicken’ Rice

Ingredients
FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb (1/2 Pack)
1 Vivera sliced breast/ any other meat-free replacement OR 1 chicken breast
1 pack of golden rice
Red peppers (2)
1 Onion
Handful of peas
Garlic cloves (2)
1 tbsp of vegan butter OR regular butter
Veggie stock (200ml)
Instructions
- Boil or microwave your rice (follow pack instructions)
- Dice and fry off garlic, onion and diced peppers until soft
- Add your 'chicken' along with FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb, peas and stock
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add in your cooked rice, along with a nob of 'butter' and cook for 5 minutes
- Serve up!
