Ingredients
Brioche
Pork Shoulder
Carrots
Onions
Celery
Coleslaw
Cider
Instructions
- Rub and cover your Pork Shoulder in your Smoky BBQ
- Place in a casserole dish and pour in cider up to halfway
- Cover and cook in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for up to 8 hours, making sure to check it isn't drying out
- When it starts to fall apart shred in the juices and serve!
