Pork Belly
Eggs
Rice
Spring Onion
Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Chop your pork belly into bite sized chunks before coating in FLAVA IT! Chinese Style
- Place your Chinese Pork Belly in an airfryer for 18 minutes of 180 degrees (can also oven cook if you prefer)
- Meanwhile, cook your rice before trasnfering to a large frying pan/or wok
- Turn to medium heat and splash a dash of sunflower oil and soy sauce over your rice and stir through consistently for another 2 minutes
- Push all of your rice to the sides of the pan, so you make a large open space in the middle of your pan
- In a separate bowl, whiz 3 eggs together with a fork before pouring into the centre of your pan
- Continue to scramble the eggs in the middle. Once the eggs are nearly fully cooked through, mix the egg togeth with your rice on the outside
- Add in another dash of soy sauce, some freshly chopped spring onion and the cooked pork belly - once ready!
- Serve up!
