Ingredients


FLAVA IT Piri Piri (1/4 Pack)

Skinless Chicken Breast (125g)

Spicy Wholemeal Mexican Rice (100g)

Reduced Fat Halloumi (60g)

Sweetcorn (65g)

Tortilla Chips (10g)

Mixed Salad

Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1.  Cover your chicken breast in the marinade and then pop it in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200 degrees
  2. Whilst your chicken is cooking, get the other bits ready that need to be cooked; Pop your rice in the microwave, cook your halloumi on high heat in a non stick pan on the hob until both sides are nicely browned.
  3. Once your chicken is cooked leave it to one side for a few minutes and build your bowl
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 of the FLAVA IT Piri Piri sachet with regular mayo
  5. Build your bowl with the Spicy Rice, Salad, Sweetcorn, Tortilla Chips, Halloumi, Chicken & then a good drizzle of Piri-mayo!
