Ingredients
FLAVA IT Piri Piri (1/4 Pack)
Skinless Chicken Breast (125g)
Spicy Wholemeal Mexican Rice (100g)
Reduced Fat Halloumi (60g)
Sweetcorn (65g)
Tortilla Chips (10g)
Mixed Salad
Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cover your chicken breast in the marinade and then pop it in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200 degrees
- Whilst your chicken is cooking, get the other bits ready that need to be cooked; Pop your rice in the microwave, cook your halloumi on high heat in a non stick pan on the hob until both sides are nicely browned.
- Once your chicken is cooked leave it to one side for a few minutes and build your bowl
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 of the FLAVA IT Piri Piri sachet with regular mayo
- Build your bowl with the Spicy Rice, Salad, Sweetcorn, Tortilla Chips, Halloumi, Chicken & then a good drizzle of Piri-mayo!
