Tomatos on the Vine


  1. Cover your Lamb Chops in the Garden Mint
  2. Sear the marinated chops all over in a pan on high.
  3. Place your Potatoes in a roasting tin and place your Lamb Chops on top
  4. Put the roasting tin in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 25 mins.
  5. 5 mins before the ending, pop in your tomatoes on the vine.
