1 Pumpkin

1 Brown onion

FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb

Vegetable stock

A gulp of double cream


  1. Carefully remove the pumpkin seeds with an electric whisk (this saves time)
  2. Wash, dry and sprinkle on some FLAVA IT Piri Piri to the seeds, before placing in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes
  3. Chop and peel your pumpkin, before placing on a baking tray with 1 brown onion and 3 garlic cloves
  4. Place the baking tray in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes
  5. After removing the vegetable from the oven, leave to cool for 5 minutes before whizzing
  6. Add some vegetable stock and cream until soupy and salt & pepper to taste
