Harissa & Honey roast Carrots on whipped feta

Ingredients
Mob x Flava It Harissa & Honey sachet, exclusively available at Aldi
1 bag of carrots
1 tin of chickpeas
300g yogurt
1 block of Feta Cheese
Parsley
Instructions
- Cut the carrots lengthways, before placing in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour oil and the contents of our Mob x Flava It Harissa & Honey seasoning sachet over the carrots. Mix well. Place in oven.
- Once the carrots have been in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees, add your chickpeas to the dish. Place back in oven for a further 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add yogurt and feta to a small box and whisk until creamy. Smooth the mixture out onto a place.
- Plate up your carrots and chickpeas on top of the bed of whipped feta, and finish with fresh parsley.
