Ingredients


Mob x Flava It Harissa & Honey sachet, exclusively available at Aldi

1 bag of carrots

1 tin of chickpeas

300g yogurt

1 block of Feta Cheese

Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots lengthways, before placing in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Pour oil and the contents of our Mob x Flava It Harissa & Honey seasoning sachet over the carrots. Mix well. Place in oven.
  3. Once the carrots have been in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees, add your chickpeas to the dish. Place back in oven for a further 15-20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, add yogurt and feta to a small box and whisk until creamy. Smooth the mixture out onto a place.
  5. Plate up your carrots and chickpeas on top of the bed of whipped feta, and finish with fresh parsley.
