Ingredients


FLAVA IT! Greek Seasoning Mix

Medium pack chicken diced

50g tub of Greek yogurt

Lemon

Cucumber

Dill or mint

Garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic granules

Skewers (optional)

Gyros/Pitta and salad to serve

Instructions

  1. Trim the skewers to size and soak in some water.
  2. In a bowl, mix together 4 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt, FLAVA IT! Greek seasoning mix and half the lemon juice. Add the diced chicken and stir to coat.
  3. Once coated, place the chicken onto the skewers and prepare your air fryer to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (alternatively you can cook in the oven or fry on the hob)
  4. One pre-heated, spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray and cook the chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. To make the tzatziki, grate half a cucumber and add it to a bowl with the rest of the Greek yogurt. Add a handful of chopped dill or mint, the rest of the lemon juice and garlic then mix together.
  6. Serve with toasted gyros or pitta and salad for an easy and flavourful meal!
