Filo Pastry Topped Garlic & Herb Chicken and Leek Pie

FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb

Chicken Breast (500g)

Chicken Stock (200ml)

Single Cream (300ml)

1 Leek

Peas (100g)

Four (1/2 tbsp)

Filo Pastry

Garlic (1 Clove)


  1. Sprinkle 1/2 the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb seasoning on to the chicken breast and place in the oven.
  2. Meanwhile, pan fry the chopped leek, garlic and peas before adding 1/2 tbsp of flour and the rest of the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb sachet before mixing well.
  3. In the same pan, add 200mls of chicken stock, the single cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave to simmer for around 5-10 mins.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken and place it into the pot.
  5. Pour the mixture for the pot into an oven proof dish and top with filo pastry
  6. Cook the pastry until golden brown and fini!
