Filo Pastry Topped Garlic & Herb Chicken and Leek Pie

Ingredients
FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb
Chicken Breast (500g)
Chicken Stock (200ml)
Single Cream (300ml)
1 Leek
Peas (100g)
Four (1/2 tbsp)
Filo Pastry
Garlic (1 Clove)
Instructions
- Sprinkle 1/2 the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb seasoning on to the chicken breast and place in the oven.
- Meanwhile, pan fry the chopped leek, garlic and peas before adding 1/2 tbsp of flour and the rest of the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb sachet before mixing well.
- In the same pan, add 200mls of chicken stock, the single cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave to simmer for around 5-10 mins.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and place it into the pot.
- Pour the mixture for the pot into an oven proof dish and top with filo pastry
- Cook the pastry until golden brown and fini!
