Rich, spicy and cheesy Enchildadas, a sure fire family favourite!

Passata
Grated Cheddar Tortilla Wraps
Spring onions
Instructions
- Fry off onions, peppers and chickens strips.
- Half way through cooking add Flava It Piri-Piri and half a jar of passata.
- When cooked, wrap up mixture in tortillas and place in a oven tray
- Pour the remaining passata and a hefty helping of cheddar on top.
- Pop in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 15 mins to allow cheese to melt.
- Garnish with side salad and chopped spring onions!
