Ingredients
Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Chip Shop Curry Sauce
200ml water
3 potatoes
Instructions
- Slice your potatoes lengthways, and then slice again to create chunky chips.
- Spray the potatoes with low-calorie cooking spray and place in the oven (or air fryer) for 20-35 minutes on 200 degrees. Remove when golden brown on all sides.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle the contents of this sachet into a small saucepan, add 200ml water, stir well and cover.
- Bring to the boil and stir constantly until the sauce is smooth.
- Pour over your chips, dip, dunk and enjoy!
