Ingredients


Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Chip Shop Curry Sauce

200ml water

3 potatoes

Instructions

  1. Slice your potatoes lengthways, and then slice again to create chunky chips.
  2. Spray the potatoes with low-calorie cooking spray and place in the oven (or air fryer) for 20-35 minutes on 200 degrees. Remove when golden brown on all sides.
  3. Meanwhile, sprinkle the contents of this sachet into a small saucepan, add 200ml water, stir well and cover.
  4. Bring to the boil and stir constantly until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Pour over your chips, dip, dunk and enjoy!
