Chinese Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
FLAVA IT Chinese Style (1/2 Pack)
Pork Tenderloin
Rice
Eggs (3)
Spring Onion
Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Rub the porkloin with FLAVA IT Chinese Style and fry on a medium heat for 20 minutes, whilst turning regularly
- Meanwhile, boil or pre-heat your rice (follow pack instructions)
- Transfer the cooked rice to a frying pan/wok and fry on a low heat with some sunflower or vegetable oil
- By now, transfer the pork into kitchen foil, wrap it up and leave to rest
- In your frying pan, move your rice to one side of the pan and crack in your 3 eggs. Scramble the eggs on the side of the frying pan until cooked. Once the eggs are cooked, mix in with the rice.
- Add in your chopped spring onion and soy sauce to taste
- Slice up your pork and place with your rice to serve!
