Skin on Chicken Thighs
New Potatoes
Asparagus
Instructions
- Pat dry your Chicken Thighs and score the skin on top.
- Rub your Garlic and Herb into the thighs.
- Put in a baking tray in the oven for 20 mins at 180°C (360°F).
- In the meantime, boil your New Poatoes and with 5 mins to go, pop your Asparagus in.
- When all cooked, assemble and enjoy!
