Chicken & Chorizo Filo Pie

Ingredients
FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb
2 large chicken breasts
Half a chorizo
1 large leek
300ml water
Chicken stock cube
1tsp ground nutmeg
1tbsp Dijon mustard
2-3tbsps sauce flour
A small pot of cream
Filo pastry
Mash potato
Instructions
- In an oven proof pan, fry off the chorizo, leek and chicken until browned (if you don't have one, fry in a pan and transfer to baking dish before placing in the oven)
- Add the leek and the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb sachet, fry for 2 minutes
- Add in the cream, stock, water, mustard, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes
- Add in the flour and stir in until thickened
- Place the pilo pastry onto the pan and place into the oven at 200 degrees
- Heat up your mash potato, take out your pie once golden and serve!
