FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb

2 large chicken breasts

Half a chorizo

1 large leek

300ml water

Chicken stock cube

1tsp ground nutmeg

1tbsp Dijon mustard

2-3tbsps sauce flour

A small pot of cream

Filo pastry

Mash potato


  1. In an oven proof pan, fry off the chorizo, leek and chicken until browned (if you don't have one, fry in a pan and transfer to baking dish before placing in the oven)
  2. Add the leek and the FLAVA IT Garlic & Herb sachet, fry for 2 minutes
  3. Add in the cream, stock, water, mustard, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes
  4. Add in the flour and stir in until thickened
  5. Place the pilo pastry onto the pan and place into the oven at 200 degrees
  6. Heat up your mash potato, take out your pie once golden and serve!
