Chicken Breasts



Crème Fraiche

Dijon Mustard

Filo Pastry


  1. Chop your Chicken Breasts into chunks and fry in oil till browned on the edge.
  2. Add in your Mushrooms and Leeks, as they start to soften add in your Garlic and Herb Flava It.
  3. When cooked add in your Crème Fraiche and a small teaspoon of Dijon Mustard and let simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Pour into a pie dish and scrunch the filo pastry on top.
  5. Pop in the oven at 180 for 20 mins or until the Pastry goes golden.
