Chicken and Mushroom Pie
Comforting and creamy Chicken, Leek and Mushroom Pie.
- Chop your Chicken Breasts into chunks and fry in oil till browned on the edge.
- Add in your Mushrooms and Leeks, as they start to soften add in your Garlic and Herb Flava It.
- When cooked add in your Crème Fraiche and a small teaspoon of Dijon Mustard and let simmer for 5 mins.
- Pour into a pie dish and scrunch the filo pastry on top.
- Pop in the oven at 180 for 20 mins or until the Pastry goes golden.
