Ingredients
Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Burger & Kebab Seasoning Mix
500g lean minced beef
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 egg, beaten
For kebabs: We suggest using 6 metal skewers (optional). If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak the skewers in water for at least 25 minutes before placing in the air fryer.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ingredients along with the contents of this sachet. Mix well.
- To make burgers: split the mixture into 4 and shape into patties.
- To make kebabs: split the mixture into 6 and shape into long sausages or shape around the skewers.
- Place in the air fryer. For burgers and kebabs, we suggest air-frying for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees or until cooked thoroughly.
