Baked Feta & Veg Pasta

Feta cheese 1 bag of past

1 bag of cherry tomatoes

Flava It Garlic & Herb

1 red onion

Cut parsley

1 bag of pasta


  1. Place a whole feta cheese block in the centre of a medium to large baking dish
  2. Roughly chop 1 red onion and pour the onion and 1 bag of cherry or plum tomatoes into the dish
  3. Sprinkle with Flava It Garlic & Herb marinade, pour a dash of olive oil and stir
  4. Place in the oven on 200° for 20-25 minutes (or until golden)
  5. Boil a pan of water, add a sprinkle of salt and add your desired about of pasta. Give it a good stir so it doesn’t stick!
  6. Once the baked feta is done, let it cool for 5 minutes before whizzing the ingredients in blender with a glug of water
  7. Pour the finished pasta into the used baking dish, along with the veg & feta sauce mix, and parsley
  8. Serve up and add an optional serving of cheese
