Environment

MRC, makers of flava-it ™ and other glazes and marinades, have won 3 awards recently for the work done to improve the environment and to reduce the carbon footprint left by our manufacturing and delivery processes. We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment by reducing energy usage, reducing CO2 emissions, and reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill. Successes in this are have already been recognised through three awards received - One for Energy Efficiency at the National Energy Efficiency Awards, one in the Preserving The Environment category at the North West Food Awards, and one for Best Environmental Practice category at the North West Business Awards. We take our responsibilty for the environment very seriously, and do all we can to reduce our impact upon it.
